Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Later cancellations get no refund. Bookings are confirmed at once. The park is closed on 25 December and 1 January.

- Every participant needs photo ID, including children. Bring a passport or ID matching the name on your ticket; entry can be refused without it.
- Your booked meeting is at 08:00 or 08:10 for Colosseum entry at 08:30. Entry at a different time from your booked slot is not possible.
- Wear suitable shoes on the marked paths. High heels and flip-flops are unsuitable; children must be held by the hand.
- Children aged 3 to 17 cost €174; infants aged 0 to 2 cost €0. The adult tour fare applies from age 18.
- Semi-private means a shared group of up to 6 people. A single booking can include up to 6.
- From 1 to 24 October, last admission is 17:30 and the park closes at 18:30. The Colosseum still opens at 08:30.
- Cancellation at least 24 hours before departure gets a full refund. Later cancellation gets no refund.
- Your ticket opens the arena floor and tiers. Underground access is excluded from this option.
