Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 168 hours before departure. Later cancellations get no refund. Bookings are confirmed at once. The tour runs in all weather. The park closes on 25 December and 1 January.
Know before you go
- The booking needs every traveller's full name and age. Bring the ID or passport that matches the ticket.
- You must be at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before your booked start. The Colosseum ticket allows entry only at the booked time.
- Everyone passes a metal detector. A held slot does not remove this check.
- Wear shoes suited to the park paths, avoiding high heels or flip-flops. Moderate fitness is required; the tour is not recommended for travellers with poor cardiovascular health.
- Children aged 5 to 17 cost €18 on Audio Experience; infants aged 0 to 4 cost €5. Infants and small children may travel in a pushchair.
- From 1 to 24 October, last admission is 17:30 and the park closes at 18:30. The 17:00 Arena Tour start falls after winter closing.
- Your fare excludes hotel transfers. Food and drinks are extra; tips are extra too.
- Cancel at least 7 full days before departure for a full refund. Later cancellations receive no refund.
