Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure. Later cancellations get no refund. Bookings are confirmed at once. Bad weather or too few travellers can lead to cancellation.

- Give every traveller's full name when booking. Bring a passport or ID matching that name, with all names on your voucher.
- Arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes early. Your Colosseum entry must use the booked slot; a different entry time is not allowed.
- The tour's start time can change. City Walkers Tours contacts you in advance if the start moves.
- Wear suitable shoes; avoid high heels or flip-flops. Children must be held by the hand on the marked paths.
- Pushchairs are allowed. Under 18s enter the park free of charge. Colosseum Express English Tour costs €31 for ages 5 to 17; ages 0 to 4 cost €5.
- From 1 to 24 October, last admission is 17:30 and the park closes at 18:30. Your independent Forum and Palatine visit must fit within those hours.
- Private expenses are excluded from your tour price. Arena floor and underground access are also excluded.
- Cancellations at least 3 full days before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations between 1 and 3 days before departure receive 50%. Cancellations within 1 day of departure receive no refund.
