Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure. Later cancellations get no refund. Bookings are confirmed at once. Bad weather can close the Colosseum without warning. EcoArt then offers you a change of date or a full refund.
Know before you go
- Enter each passenger's full name as it appears on their ID. Bring matching ID to the gate. EcoArt issues tickets in those names; the tickets are non-transferable.
- Your Colosseum entry is tied to the booked slot. Entry at another time is not possible.
- Luggage and large bags cannot enter the venues.
- The route has several staircases and long spells on foot. Wear suitable shoes and hold children by the hand. On the underground tour, ages 5 to 17 pay €269; ages 0 to 4 pay €0.
- From 1 to 24 October, last admission is 17:30 and the park closes at 18:30. Arena tours starting at 10:30 or later may visit the Forum before the Colosseum.
- For the audioguide options, the app code arrives 24 hours before your start time. The app works offline on your iOS or Android smartphone. Bring your own earphones.
- Your price includes the reservation fee. Hotel pickup and drop-off are outside the price, as are tips.
- EcoArt gives a full refund if you cancel at least 3 full days before departure. Cancellation within 3 days brings no refund.
