The meeting point is 550 metres east of the Colosseum, along the main road. Your voucher must be exchanged here 30 minutes before your chosen activity time.
Metro B stops at Colosseo; Metro C stops at Colosseo-Fori Imperiali. This tour starts at the meeting point and has no hotel pickup.

- Colosseum 75 min
The Colosseum stop covers the first and second tiers with views down towards the arena floor. The underground is visible from above.
- Palatine Hill 75 min
The Forum and Palatine section is a self-guided walk through the ruins. ShowMe Wonders may put this part before the Colosseum.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 168 hours before departure. Later cancellations get no refund. Bookings are confirmed at once. Bad weather or too few travellers can lead to cancellation.
Know before you go
- Bring the passport or ID that matches your ticket name for the entrance ID check.
- Exchange your voucher 30 minutes before the activity starts. Be at the Colosseum gate 15 minutes before your entry slot. Entry at a different time is not possible.
- Your timed Colosseum ticket still requires a security check at the entrance.
- The visit is wheelchair accessible and suitable for all fitness levels. Wear suitable shoes, avoiding high heels or flip-flops.
- Pushchairs are allowed; hold children by the hand. Ages 2 to 17 cost €12; ages 0 to 1 cost €0.
- From 1 to 24 October, last admission is 17:30 and the park closes at 18:30. Your Forum and Palatine visit must fit within opening hours.
- A live guide is excluded; the audio guide runs on your smartphone.
- Cancellation at least 7 full days before departure gives a full refund. Cancellation within 7 days gives no refund.
