Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 168 hours before departure. Later cancellations get no refund. Bookings are confirmed at once. Bad weather can lead to cancellation of the tour.
Know before you go
- Each traveller's full name must be entered at booking, with adults and children marked in the Special Requirements field. Bring matching ID or a passport.
- Arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes early. Late arrivals cannot join; your Colosseum entry must use the booked slot.
- Security checks are compulsory. Large backpacks and trolleys are barred, as are glass or metal bottles and sprays.
- Wheelchairs and pushchairs are allowed. Service animals are permitted; pets are not.
- Children aged 0 to 17 cost €59 on Guided Intro + Self-led Visit. Hold children by the hand on the marked paths and wear suitable shoes.
- Colosseum visits are limited to 75 to 90 minutes, depending on the park ticket. The 45-minute Guided Intro option does not give you unlimited time inside.
- From 1 to 24 October, last admission is 17:30 and the park closes at 18:30. Your tour start and your timed Colosseum entry are separate times.
- Guides for the Forum and Palatine are excluded. Cancellation at least 7 full days before departure gets a full refund; within 7 days, there is no refund.
