Meet in Largo Gaetana Agnesi, under the red Metro M sign. The meeting point is outside the upper entrance to Colosseo Metro, on Line B.
The station also has a lower entrance with an M sign. The 8:00 start is at the upper entrance, where everyone meets the guide. There is no hotel pickup.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Later cancellations get no refund. Bookings are confirmed at once. The park is closed on 25 December and 1 January.

- The tour is wheelchair accessible, and infants or small children can ride in a pushchair.
- Wear suitable shoes without high heels or flip-flops, and stay on the marked paths. Children must be held by the hand.
- From 1 to 24 October, last admission is 17:30 and the park closes at 18:30.
- You get a full refund by cancelling at least 24 hours before the 8:00 departure. Later cancellations receive no refund.
