Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Later cancellations get no refund. Bookings are confirmed at once. The park is closed on 25 December and 1 January.
Know before you go
- Every park ticket carries a name. Bring the ID that matches the name on your ticket.
- Be at the upper metro entrance for your 08:00 or 08:10 start. Colosseum entry follows at 08:30.
- Mobile or paper tickets are accepted. The park does not allow entry at a different time from your booked slot.
- Wear suitable shoes, without high heels or flip-flops. Children must be held by the hand on the marked paths.
- Children aged 3 to 17 cost €99. Infants aged 0 to 2 cost €0.
- From 1 to 24 October, last admission is 17:30 and the park closes at 18:30. These hours also matter for your later Forum and Palatine visit.
- A full refund requires cancellation at least 24 hours before departure. Later cancellations receive no refund.
