Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure. Later cancellations get no refund. Bookings are confirmed at once. Cancellation at least 3 full days before departure gives you a full refund. Cancellation between 1 and 3 days before departure gives a 50% refund. Cancellation within 1 day gives no refund. Bad weather or too few travellers can also lead to cancellation.
Know before you go
- Every participant's legal full name and date of birth must be on the booking. Bring valid photo ID matching your ticket name.
- Your Colosseum ticket is valid only for the booked entry time. Late arrival can mean refused entry.
- Glass and sharp objects are forbidden inside the Colosseum. Alcohol and sprays cannot go inside either.
- The route cannot take wheelchairs and is unsuitable for visitors with spinal injuries. Wear suitable shoes; high heels and flip-flops are unsuitable.
- Pushchairs are allowed; hold children by the hand. On TG87, ages 6 to 17 cost €34; ages 0 to 5 cost €5. Ages 18 to 24 cost €39.
- From 1 to 24 October, last admission is 17:30 and the park closes at 18:30. July and August visits last 2 hours 30 minutes because of the heat.
- Food and drinks are excluded. Hotel transfers and tips are also excluded.
- Cancellation at least 3 full days before departure gives a full refund. Between 1 and 3 days, the refund is 50%; within 1 day, there is no refund.
