Cancellation policy
No free cancellation: all sales are final. The operator confirms the booking after you book. The route is outdoors. The park is closed on 25 December and 1 January.
Know before you go
- The booking needs every visitor's full name, including children. Bring the passport or ID that matches each ticket.
- Arrive at the Colosseum entrance 15 minutes before your booked entry slot. The park cannot admit visitors at a different time.
- Bookings require at least one adult and one child aged 6 to 16. An adult fare applies from age 17.
- Wear comfortable walking shoes for the outdoor route. High heels and flip-flops are unsuitable for the park paths.
- Children must have an adult with them. Pushchairs are allowed; kick scooters are barred from both sites. The tour is wheelchair accessible.
- Children aged 6 to 16 cost €39 on Small Group Tour or €45 on Private Tour. Ages 1 to 5 cost €0 on Small Group Tour or €0 on Private Tour.
- From 1 to 24 October, last admission is 17:30 and the park closes at 18:30.
- Both Small Group Tour and Private Tour are non-refundable if you cancel. Gratuities are extra.
