Editor's take
The arena tour for people who do not want an 8:30 start: departures every 20 minutes from 10:00, Tuesday to Sunday, in through the Gladiator's Gate onto the floor, then the Forum with the same guide, 20 people at most, €99.
The listing counts the Colosseum ticket at €18 while the arena needs the €24 ticket; the inclusions name the arena, so check the voucher. Only small bags pass the gate; the Forum paths are stone and dirt.
