Which SUPER sites does this tour visit?

The SUPER stops depend on which rooms open that day. Possible stops include the House of Augustus or Santa Maria Antiqua. Domus Tiberiana is another possible stop. The House of Augustus is closed on Mondays, including on the private route.

Do you need a tour for the SUPER sites?

You can visit SUPER sites without a guide on the €18 Forum Pass SUPER. The pass excludes the Colosseum and allows one visit within 30 days, outside free Sundays. Walks adds guided SUPER entry. Itinerary

1. Roman Forum 60 min

   Your guide begins with 60 minutes in the Roman Forum. The route then continues to the Palatine and SUPER sites.

2. Palatine Hill 60 min

   The Palatine and SUPER sites share a 60-minute stop. The rooms you enter depend on which sites are open that day.

3. Colosseum 90 min

   The 90-minute Colosseum stop covers the first and second tiers. Your ticket excludes the arena floor and underground.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure. Later cancellations get no refund. Bookings are confirmed at once. The Colosseum and Forum can close, as can the Palatine or House of Augustus. Walks gives last-minute closure updates at the start of the tour.

Know before you go

• Every traveller's full name must match the ticket, including children's names. Bring government ID for every person; missing names or ID mean refusal without a refund.
• Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. The Colosseum entry has its own booked time.
• The park allows one correction by midnight 7 days before the visit. Corrections cover obvious clerical errors or a wrong ticket type in the same transaction. Serious documented reasons preventing the visit also qualify.
• The route needs a moderate walking pace. Walks cannot take wheelchairs or pushchairs on this route. Wear suitable shoes; avoid high heels and flip-flops.
• On the shared option, children aged 2 to 17 cost €109. Infants aged 0 to 1 cost €0. Children must be held by the hand.
• From 1 to 24 October, last admission is 17:30 and the park closes at 18:30. The 15:30 departure needs 3 hours 30 minutes before park closing.
• Hotel pickup and drop-off are excluded, so you make your own way to the park gate. Tips are outside the tour price.
• Cancel at least 3 full days before departure for a full refund. Cancellation within 3 days loses the full tour price.
