- Each booking needs every visitor's full legal name as shown on their ID. Bring matching government-issued photo ID to the entrance. Last-minute substitutions are not allowed.
- Be at the Colosseum gate 15 minutes before your booked entry. The pickup time belongs to your transfer, before the tour departure.
- A booking can include up to 8 children aged 7 to 17. Up to 4 children aged 0 to 6 can join per booking.
- Walking shoes suit the park paths; high heels and flip-flops are unsuitable. Visitors must stay on marked paths throughout the park.
- Pushchairs are allowed on this tour. Hold children by the hand in the park. Meeting On Site costs €30 for ages 7 to 17 and €0 for ages 0 to 6.
- From 1 to 24 October, last admission is 17:30 and the park closes at 18:30. The Colosseum opens at 8:30; the Forum and Palatine open at 9:00.
