1. Ancient Rome

   The Roman Forum is passed by car. The route does not include a guided walk through the Forum.

2. Pantheon 20 min

   The route stops at the Pantheon for 20 minutes; tickets for attractions beyond the Colosseum and Vatican Museums cost extra.

3. Trevi Fountain 15 min

   The Trevi Fountain stop lasts 15 minutes before the route continues through central Rome.

4. Spanish Steps 15 min

   The Spanish Steps are a 15-minute stop on the city route before the Colosseum.

5. Colosseum 60 min

   Your private guide leads a 60-minute visit to the Colosseum tiers using an individual entry ticket. The ticket excludes the arena floor, with no underground or attic access.

6. Terrazza del Gianicolo 15 min

Cancellation policy

No free cancellation: all sales are final. Bookings are confirmed at once. The cancellation terms include a bad-weather provision. Your own cancellation remains non-refundable under the standard booking terms.

Know before you go

• Bring a valid passport or ID matching the name used for your booking. The Colosseum and Vatican Museums both require matching identity documents. Children need their own documents too.
• Be at the Colosseum gate 15 minutes before your booked slot. A different entry time is not allowed. The pickup time and the Colosseum entry slot serve different parts of your day.
• Bags go through a scanner at the Colosseum. Large bags cannot enter, and glass or sprays must stay outside. The car allows 6 large cases plus 4 pieces of hand luggage.
• Wear shoes suited to walking rather than high heels or flip-flops. Moderate fitness is required. This tour is not recommended for travellers with poor cardiovascular health.
• Pushchairs are allowed and infant seats are available. Port-tour fares are €129 at ages 3 to 5 and €169 at ages 6 to 17. Infants aged 0 to 2 pay €0.
• From 1 to 24 October, last admission is 17:30 and the park closes at 18:30. Your driver and guide work to the tour's booked entry slots.
• Lunch and tips are excluded from the tour price; tickets for attractions beyond the Colosseum and Vatican Museums also cost extra. The 7-hour hotel option excludes the return transfer.
