The arena option meets outside Basilica dei Santi Cosma e Damiano, Via dei Fori Imperiali 1. The underground and private options meet outside Caffè Roma, Via del Colosseo 31a.
The guide holds an Eyes of Rome sign. At Caffè Roma, arrive 15 minutes before departure. Colosseo is on Metro B; Colosseo-Fori Imperiali is on Metro C. Late arrivals at the meeting point count as a no-show.

The arena route covers the arena floor, then the first and second tiers. The Full Experience Arena ticket allows 90 minutes inside the Colosseum.
- Roman Forum 60 min
Your guide continues into the Roman Forum for 60 minutes. Palatine entry is included for a separate visit without the guide.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Later cancellations get no refund. Bookings are confirmed at once. Closed shoes with soles that grip are required, including in wet weather. Keep to the marked paths.
Know before you go
- Every traveller's full name goes on the ticket when you book. Bring the passport or photo ID that matches your ticket.
- For the arena options, be at the Colosseum gate 15 minutes before your entry slot. Underground entry requires arrival 30 minutes before the slot, with no late entry.
- Bags go through a scanner. Glass and sprays cannot enter, and large bags must stay outside.
- Wear closed shoes with soles that grip for your Colosseum visit. Entry can be refused without proper footwear.
- Children aged 0 to 17 pay €29 on the arena option, the same as adults. Children must be held by the hand.
- From 1 to 24 October, last admission is 17:30 and the park closes at 18:30. Your Full Experience Arena ticket covers a separate Palatine visit within 2 consecutive days.
- Transport and a guided Palatine visit are excluded. Underground entry belongs to the underground option alone.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Later cancellations receive no refund.
