What does the pickup tour add to the €24 ticket?

Full Experience Arena costs €24, on sale online 7 days ahead or at the ticket office on the day. CityEyes adds your private guide and car pickup within the Aurelian Walls. The Pick up only option excludes the return transfer. Your ticket: Pick up only at €165, with the €24 park ticket released online 7 days ahead.

Itinerary

1. Colosseum 90 min

   Your private guide covers the arena floor, then the first and second tiers, during the 90-minute Colosseum visit. The Colosseum opens at 8:30.

2. Roman Forum 45 min

   The 45-minute Forum visit includes the Temple of Saturn and the Arch of Septimius Severus. Your private guide continues through the Forum with you.

3. Palatine Hill 45 min

   The guided route ends with 45 minutes on the Palatine Hill. The pickup-only option leaves you inside the Forum or Palatine after the tour.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Later cancellations get no refund. Bookings are confirmed at once.

Know before you go

• Every park ticket carries a name. Bring the ID that matches your ticket; the gate checks the holder's identity.
• The 08:00 start is the tour departure, before the Colosseum opens at 8:30. Be at the Colosseum gate 15 minutes before the booked entry slot.
• The private tour takes up to 10 people per booking. All 3 options follow the same guided route.
• Wear walking shoes; avoid high heels and flip-flops. The route reaches the upper tiers and Palatine Hill. Children must be held by the hand.
• Children aged 2 and over pay €165 on Pick up only, with the €24 park ticket included. Every booking with anyone under 18 needs an accompanying adult.
• From 1 to 24 October, last admission is 17:30 and the park closes at 18:30. The Forum and Palatine open at 9:00.
• Food and drink are excluded. The Pick up only option ends inside the Forum or on the Palatine without a return transfer.
• A full refund requires cancellation at least 24 hours before departure. Later cancellations receive no refund.
