No free cancellation: all sales are final. The operator confirms the booking after you book. The Forum walk and Palatine terrace are outdoors. The park is closed on 25 December and 1 January.

- Arrive at the Colosseum entrance 15 minutes before your booked entry slot. Blue Cat Tours' tickets do not allow late entry.
- Tours run Monday to Saturday. English and Italian commentary are available.
- Wear walking shoes suited to the park's paths. High heels and flip-flops are unsuitable for the route.
- The tour accepts wheelchairs and pushchairs, with service animals allowed on the route too.
- Bookings need at least 2 adults aged 18 or over. Children aged 0 to 17 pay €29, including infants.
- From 1 to 24 October, last admission is 17:30 and the park closes at 18:30.
