Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure. Later cancellations get no refund. Bookings are confirmed at once. The archaeological sites can close, with advance notice from Walks where possible. News of a last-minute closure is given at the start of the tour.

- Give every traveller's full name when booking, including children. Bring government ID matching each name to the meeting point. Missing names or ID mean refusal without a refund.
- Name corrections are possible up to 7 days before the visit. The standard ticket requires arrival at the Colosseum gate 15 minutes before entry. Underground tickets require arrival at the gate 30 minutes before entry.
- The route includes stairs and requires a moderate walking pace. This tour is not suitable if you have trouble walking. Wheelchairs and pushchairs cannot be used on this tour. Wear suitable walking shoes.
- Children aged 2 to 17 cost €55 on Premium. Infants aged 0 to 1 cost €0. Every child needs ID at entry.
- From 1 to 24 October, last admission is 17:30 and the park closes at 18:30. The last admission also limits your independent Forum visit on Express.
- Cancellation at least 3 full days before departure receives a full refund. Cancellation within 3 days receives a 0% refund.
- Hotel pickup and drop-off are excluded, as are tips. A mobile or paper ticket is accepted. Your group meets the guide at Colle Oppio Park.
