Does the lowest Rome by Night fare include food and wine?

The lowest Rome by Night group fare is the 20:00 ride without food or wine. The food and wine options start at 19:00 and last 4 hours. Your ticket: Group Tour With Food & Wine at €69 for a shared ride with a meal.

What's included

By option: dinner and alcoholic drinks apply only to the food and wine options. The 20:00 group ride excludes both. None of the 4 options includes a Colosseum ticket.

Should you book the e-bike ride or a Colosseum night ticket?

A Night at the Colosseum costs €50 and goes on sale 7 days ahead. Visits run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 20:00 to 23:00. Last admission is 21:50.

Meeting point

Itinerary

1. Monti 45 min

   Your ride starts in Monti, in the old Suburra neighbourhood, with 45 minutes in this opening section.

2. Piazza del Campidoglio 25 min

   The route climbs to Piazza del Campidoglio for views of the Roman Forum from the Capitoline Hill.

3. Vatican City 15 min

   The ride reaches St Peter's Square for a 15 minute stop in Vatican City.

4. Centro Storico 60 min

   Your 60 minute historic centre section includes Campo de' Fiori and the Pantheon. The route also reaches Piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain.

5. Piazza del Colosseo 25 min

   The final 25 minute sightseeing stop overlooks the Colosseum. This is a viewpoint outside the park.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Later cancellations get no refund. Bookings are confirmed at once. Bad weather can cause the ride to be cancelled. Too few travellers can also cause cancellation.

Know before you go

• Arrive 15 minutes before departure. The ride leaves at most 5 minutes after the booked start.
• You need basic cycling skills to take this ride; the e-bike and helmet are included in every option.
• Children aged 2 to 11 ride in a cargo e-bike with one parent. Their fare on the compared ride is €49; children under 2 cannot join.
• The riding instructions cap groups at 10 people. Booking capacity is 15.
• For bookings made less than 24 hours ahead, the tour runs in English unless another language is already scheduled. A ride may use 2 languages.
• The tour is not recommended for pregnant travellers. The electric bikes can be used by riders of all fitness levels.
• The compared fare excludes food and wine; tips are also excluded. The food options offer vegetarian or vegan meals, with gluten-free or no-pork alternatives.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Later cancellations receive no refund.
